The Brightbury, in view.

As these new residences rise, opportunities in Birney Park become more precious.

The Brightbury, in view.

In the past few months, Birney Park has moved from vision to visible form. At the corner of Fairview and Oberlin, The Brightbury has taken its place within the historic fabric of the surrounding neighborhood, with brickwork advancing, exterior details taking shape, and the rooftop nearing completion. We invite you to take a closer look.

Inside, several residences are already coming to life. In fact, 13 of the 18 residences have been spoken for. The remaining homes—all thoughtfully designed and each offering distinctive floorplans and exposures—will be available for occupancy in the fall. Making this the ideal time to experience the building in person, appreciate the spaces, and explore what could be your next home.

The City Homes: For the way you choose to live.

Following on the momentum of The Brightbury, construction is now underway on the City Homes at Birney Park. This discrete collection of architecturally considered residences combines the freedom of a private front door with the ease and connection of a well-managed neighborhood. They’re intended for a particular kind of living: one with an emphasis on flexibility, proximity, and artful design over scale alone.

With the first City Homes now spoken for, we’re working closely with John Sanders and Katherine Connell to shape their interior character. For those attracted by this lifestyle, this early phase presents a rare opportunity to tailor a home that clearly reflects your style and way of living.

Everything’s coming up neighborly.

As the homes continue to rise, the neighborhood continues to rise to every occasion. It continues to offer what has long made this area so beloved: tree-lined streets, walkable blocks, and a rhythm of life that feels both established and alive. We trust these images offer a glimpse of the season as it unfolds. And plant a seed of what awaits you in Birney Park.
